  Horrible experience. Was given this company by my insurance company after my ACL replacement surgery to get me from having a 50 lb weight limit on my leg to back to full strength Confirmed my appointment when scheduled as being at 9:30 AM and was advised to arrive 15 min early for paperwork for my first visit. I received a call at 8:30 AM the day of my first appointment confirming my appointment and that I needed to be there to do paperwork early I arrive at 9:15 to a locked door with no one in the building. The sign on the building said they were open but no lights were on. I called the number that called to confirm my appointment and was informed that they were running a few minutes behind, leaving me outside standing on crutches waiting for them. Finally at about 9:25 an unkempt man in scrubs walked in and I mentioned to him that I would not be using their services and that I found the business to be rather unprofessional (especially given the industry they work in) His response was something along the lines of "Tell me about it" - By this time I had already called a cab to take me back home. At about the same time the cab was arriving another individual came out to attempt to persuade me into coming in for my PT session. I informed him that I would not be and would find another physical therapist. How can I trust a physical therapist to be responsible for working through my knee recovery with me when they can't even manage their business or be on time? I have gone elsewhere and this company will lose my 20 sessions of PT that I was planning on doing. I would advise looking elsewhere also.
